Nolpix Media (a.k.a. Nolichucky Pictures) was a creative digital media agency based in Knoxville, TN from 2006-2024. We created content for social, television, commercial, non-profit, scientific, government, and educational institutions. Now, we operate in Minneapolis, MN.

Buck Kahler, Instructor, TV Production
Buck is a Certified Instructor in Adobe Creative Cloud Video Editing. He has taught at the Radio, Recording, & Film Connection out of Los Angeles, CA and at Pellissippi State Community College in Knoxville, TN. He has worked on projects for the National Geographic Channel, PBS, A&E, the History Channel, Discovery, and others. His awards include three nominations for documentaries in the MidSouth Emmys®. He holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Motion Pictures & Television from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Buck is a retired Air Force Master Sergeant where he served as a combat photojournalist.

Debra Dylan, Producer
Debra produced the series, THE VIETNAM WAR: EAST TENNESSEE for East Tennessee PBS, of which two episodes were nominated for 2019 MidSouth Regional Emmy® Awards. She served as Associate Producer for The Mysterious Lost State of Franklin’s national PBS debut. She co-produced Fort Loudoun: Forsaken By God and Man, for East Tennessee PBS and Tennessee State Parks. She was the editor of Knoxzine, an online magazine, which earned 8 Golden Press Card Awards from the Society of Professional Journalists of East Tennessee. She holds a B.A. in English from the University of Tennessee and an A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Pellissippi State Community College. Debra currently serves as administrative coordinator for the Knoxville chapter of Catalyst Sports.
